According to the Microsoft roadmaps recently revealed at the Professional Developers Conference held in Los Angeles, a major update in Windows server is being expected to launch in 2012. Though Sinofsky simply refused to give any related detail by saying that "I didn’t say any of the words–Windows 8–those were all your words", while questioned about this great release, but slideshow at PDC clearly pointing towards the coming update. Speculations about this great release were made at Microsoft Kitchen, a blog which first revealed the news. A vacancy announcement for windows 7 software engineer at Microsoft’s site further reveals that Microsoft is being looking for Windows professional to give Windows 8 a final shape. Since all Windows users are eagerly waiting for the updated version of their operating system but official launching of Windows 8 is yet to be announced at Microsoft front.
